Wholesale Policies

Order Minimums are $250

Orders will be be shipped out 4-5 WEEKS after the order is received. I try my very best to get them all out as expediently as possible, so if they can go out earlier I will certainly make sure that they do, but I cannot guarantee a shorter time than 4-5 weeks at this point.

All orders come packaged, as stated on each listing. Some have a single cookie, some have three, some have six. Please read each listing to see how many cookies come in a bag. 

Please order the minimum amount requested on each listing. Minimums are there so that I can maximize my work load and get more done more quickly. It would take me way longer to make one of each of ten different designs than to make ten of the same design. So please honor the minimum requirements. 

All orders are shipped out in bubble wrap and biodegradable peanuts, via USPS or FEDEX. I try my very best to ensure you get your order in one piece. If you get your order and there are broken cookies, send me a photo of the broken ones and I will refund you the money for those.

The cookies are packaged because it keeps them fresh longer, but it also makes the chance of breakage of the cookie or icing much less likely. If you remove the cookies from their packaging to display them, just be aware that the icing can crack or break with a lot of handling. That said, if you do not desire packaging there is a discount of 5% on the total order if you use the code NOPACK at checkout.

Please do NOT refrigerate the cookies. The icing will not melt, no matter how hot it gets, but it will crack and then fall off of the cookie if it sits in the cold for too long. 

I am the sole owner and operator of Brixtix, so if I need to go out of town for any reason, or if I book some time off for myself, I will let you all know as far in advance as possible of any black out dates, so that you can be stocked up for the time that I am away.
